Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
WE ARE UK BASED BUT WE ALSO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY, you the customer/buyer are responsible for all Taxes and Duties for your country.
We aim to have our Lovable Lashes processed and shipped within 3-5 working days, unless its a holiday by which processing time may take longer.
We wrap our palettes in 4+ layers of bubble wrap and label FRAGILE all over the package but in the unfortunate event a couple of your eyeshadows break you will be offered a partial refund, no replacement palettes are available.
We shall ONLY replace missing lashes that have been shipped via the tracked/signed for method, if you have selected standard you understand the risk of your parcel not showing up, we use a very reliable shipping company (Royal mail) and they hardly loose parcels but in the event they do you shall only get replacement lashes if you shipped via signed for/ tracked.
Returned orders: If your package is returned to us because you provided the wrong address or failed to go to your post office to retrieve your package or any other reason, you will be responsible for paying another shipping fee.
Returns are not accepted by Lovable Lashes, all sales are final. However you can get replacement lashes if yor have received Defective Lashes. Any problems with the lashes should be reported before use and within 7 days of receiving. Pictures will be need to be emailed to to confirm you have been sent a defective lash pair. IF YOU HAVE REMOVED THE LASHES FROM THE PLASTIC TRAY, NO EXCHANGE/REPLACEMENT WILL BE GIVEN!
If an exchange is accepted by Lovable Lashes due to our negligence, you shall receive the same lashes you ordered. You may not request a new pair of lashes. Any lash you are exchanging, must be sent back in the same condition it was sent to you in. Your new lashes will not be sent until we receive and inspect your defective lashes.
All shipping costs is the responsibility of the buyer/customer.

Defective Lashes:
Lashes that only comes with one eyelashes upon receipt.
Lashes that deviates greatly from the set style upon receipt,

We shall not accept returns if:

You, the customer, wore the lashes
You damaged the pair of lashes after receipt.
You, the customer, removed the pair from the plastic tray.
Any situation where the lashes have been tampered with.
